Nit Nit Dreaming Cruise

Nit Nit Dreaming Cruise takes you through the first 2 gorges where you will discover the cultural significance of the traditional landowners – the Jawoyn people. Enjoy a journey of discovery through the magnificent Nitmiluk Gorge.

PLEASE NOTE: There are steps and walks of approx. 400m each way, please wear appropriate footwear. The walk between the 2 boats is on uneven surface (rocky terrain) and therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues.

• Drinking water and toilet facilities are available on board the vessel
• Please be sun smart – wear a hat, sunscreen and protective clothing + insect repellent
• Additional departures may be available during our peak season – please enquire with our reservations team
• This tour is subject to weather and river conditions and will operate with a minimum of 6 passengers

Nitmiluk Gorge is located in Katherine and is approximately a 25klm drive from the centre of town on a sealed road.  For all cruises you need to check in at the pontoon 15 minutes prior.  At Nitmiluk there are 2 car parks and if the car park closer to the boats is full you will need to park near the Visitor Centre and allow an extra 15 to 20 minutes to walk down to the boat pontoon.
