Our knowledgeable guide will accompany you through the first gorge, you will be enlightened with cultural stories, and you visit the rock arts, history of the Nitmiluk region, information of flora and fauna and much more! On the return back, you will be served a delicious and amazing breakfast on the return boat.

Nitmiluk National Park is located in the Katherine region, approximately 320km south of Darwin.

It’s a 90km drive between the 2 sections.  If you are not self driving you may like to consider a Katherine Gorge Day  Tour from Darwin or an extended 3 Day Tour including Kakadu National Park.

Entrance to the Gorge sector of the park is 30km northeast of Katherine via a sealed road.

Leliyn (Edith Falls) is a popular swimming hole and campground for visitors and locals, located 60km north of Katherine via sealed road, accessed via the Stuart Highway.

This diverse and spectacular landscape of Nitmiluk National Park is where the Jawoyn people live, work and continue to share their culture with the community and visitors from all over the world.
