Our knowledgeable guide will accompany you through the first gorge, you will be enlightened with cultural stories, and you visit the rock arts, history of the Nitmiluk region, information of flora and fauna and much more! On the return back, you will be served a delicious and amazing breakfast on the return boat.

Nitmiluk National Park is located in the Katherine region, approximately 320km south of Darwin.  If you are not self driving you may like to consider a Katherine Gorge Day Tour from Darwin or an extended 3 Day Tour including Kakadu National Park.

Nitmiluk Gorge is approximately 25klms from the Centre of Katherine.  To get to the Gorge you turn onto Giles Street (post office on the corner) Giles Street turns into Gorge Road and you just keep following that until you reach the Gorge and it is a sealed road all the way.

This diverse and spectacular landscape of Nitmiluk National Park is where the Jawoyn people live, work and continue to share their culture with the community and visitors from all over the world.
