Kakadu Activities Update
There is still plenty to see and do in Kakadu National Park. Enjoy a cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong, join a Guluyambi Cultural Cruise on the East Alligator River with a local indigenous guide or to really appreciate the shear size and beauty of this wonderful part of Australia jump on a scenic flight and see much more from the air.
Visit the Bowali Information centre, a great way to learn about the parks flora and fauna and whilst down at Cooinda (home of Yellow Water) stop in at the Warradjan Cultural Centre to learn about the indigenous people who are the traditional owners of Kakadu.
You can also Visit Nourlangie and Ubirr Rock Art sites and if you would like to join a ranger talk at one of the rock art sites see the “What’s On” link below.

Things to do in Kakadu;
Take a scenic flight and enjoy a rare opportunity to enjoy Jim Jim and Twin Falls in full flow during October.
Up for a challenge? Why not take a hike on the 12 km Barrk Sandstone Walk in the Nourlangie Region. Enjoy the gentle water pools and wildflowers on display as you walk across the escarpment. Pick up the park note from Bowali for all the tips and sites to enjoy along the way.
Yurmikmik Walks and Motor Car Falls – take a walk through the Southern Hills and ridges to a tranquil waterhole 7 km return.
