Kakadu Tours and Travel Terms for bookings made prior to 10 NOV 2021.

Booking Conditions and Cancellation policies are different for each tour. Kakadu Tours and Travel as an agent has separate Terms and Conditions and in the event of a Global disaster or Government Restrictions a credit will be issued for tours. Credits do not include any increase in cost of the tour when you choose to re book.  Difference in cost will be an additional cost to the client.  Credits can be used on any tour available on our website.  If a tour has been discontinued you will need to choose an alternative tour available for the dates you wish to travel.  Future Tour Credits are not redeemable for cash and in the event you should cancel you will be reissued a tour credit minus any fees applicable. Tour credits are valid for 2 years.  All tours are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator or agent.  This may include change in accommodation or areas being inaccessible due to cultural reasons or other environmental reasons such as fire or water levels.
